Abandoned cart

Abandoned cart emails are sent to customers who have added products to their cart but failed to check out.

It is required to implement following methods to utilize this triggered mail:

Abandoned cart trigger template includes:

  • 1 – 4 Hero products – the products in customer’s cart corresponding to the trigger’s settings (Main product)
  • 1 – 3 products consistent with Upsell strategy (Substitutes)
  • 1– 3 products consistent with Cross-sell strategy (Complements)
